Our Story
June Souls is composed of two full-time musicians from Bordeaux, Alexandra and Thomas. They reinvent the great international pop/folk standards of the 80s, 90s and 2000s.
Their band is based on an acoustic guitar, percussions and two voices to take you on a journey and get you moving with their varied, energizing rhythms.

Thomas has been playing music for over 20 years. He spent the early stage of his musical career playing the trumpet in an orchestra.
He took up the guitar pretty early and toured with his various rock bands in France and abroad.
While creating June Souls with Alexandra, he was inspired to play the cajon as well as the guitar.
As a multi-instrumentist, Thomas also plays bass in another pop/rock band.
Alexandra has sang in choirs all her childhood. Then she started to sing with her first pop/folk band in 2010.
She took up the guitar at 15 years old then began composing her first songs.
She was very shy at first. She would need a few years before she dared to play her songs on Bordeaux stages.
After traveling in Thailand and Australia, she came back determined to bring her own songs and devote herself 100% to music.
